Publisher Repertoire Payment

Access Copyright will distribute this year’s Publisher Repertoire payment to eligible publisher affiliates on November 13.

As part of our efforts to support creators and publishers during COVID-19 and in recognition that Access Copyright’s royalty payments are critical and important to you, our affiliates, we have fast-tracked this payment to get it out as early as possible.

If you receive royalties from us by cheque, your payment be mailed to you on November 13.

If you receive royalties from us by direct deposit, please allow up to two business days for your payment, which will be made on November 13, to appear in your bank account.

All publisher affiliates who completed a repertoire claim by August 31 will receive a portion of this year’s payment.

This year’s payment will be based on publishing revenue reported to us for the 2018 fiscal year.

How to access your distribution report

Your distribution report, which details this year’s publisher repertoire payment to you as well as other distributions that may be included as part of our December distributions, will be available in your online portal account. To review the report, please visit the publisher portal and login with your user name and password.

How to access your report: After logging into the portal, you’ll see your distribution letter and report on the left side of your screen. If you prefer to receive paper notifications and reports, please email us at affiliates@accesscopyright.ca and we would be happy to coordinate this for you.

For Safari users: You will need to perform one extra step after downloading your report, which will initially appear as a text file. Please find the report file in your Download folder and remove the ".txt" portion of the file name to access a PDF copy of your report.
